ABOUT

ACE - AKA
Matthew

Hi, I'm Matthew Ferguson. Known online as Ace Spaders.

My roles in life are: husband, father of three, and relentless builder who's turned many hard-earned victories into a life of impact.

For nearly two decades, I've quietly helped people navigate their biggest challenges, from personal crises and relationship resets to professional pivots and business scaling.

The last five years have been focused on private, paying clients who value discretion above all; they prefer to stay out of the spotlight, and I've honored that. Now, however, I'm opening up on a continual calendar basis only for those who are willing to provide public testimonials in the form of content and follow-up content, or who can invest in themselves at a premium level that respects my professionalism and limited availability.

My time is protected to guard from unproductive efforts. My wife and three homeschooled kids come first, always. Our education, family rhythm, and my wife's contributions as CEO of Make Life Better Events Inc./Mother/Homeschool Teacher/Wife; set the foundation for everything else I do.

Beyond that, I am: president and director of Make Life Better Events Inc.; actively building other businesses; pursuing NASM, CANFIT, and Ace Fitness certifications (as well as Food Safe and upcoming CPR/AED); hosting and planning events for myself an others; filming and editing my own content; and constantly acquiring new skills. (Also helping the kiddos with school challenges.)

I'm not a licensed financial advisor (nor do I want to be), but I stay obsessively up-to-date on markets, trends, and opportunities. I'd be happy to discuss current events, share personal anecdotes from foresight (such as the price of silver coins I've publicly called out years ago through my early events), and exchange practical insights with anyone who is also serious about building wealth or resilience.

Learning is a life-long pursuit. I tend to encourage the people I'm working with to think of things they can teach me along the way. The conversations and progress are always mutually fulfilling with a shared desire to see each other succeed.

What sets me apart as an advisor is the real-world edge I've forged: moving out at 14, balancing school/work/life throughout my teen years, while surviving multiple jobs in construction, retail, sales, side hustles and many tough personal chapters from family. All while building a family of my own against the odds.

Now we're building multiple business ventures simultaneously. But I do this on my own time and largely through delegation and management. My focus is always singular when on task or in a conversation.

That history plus my earned qualities fuel the way I work: Planned action for results, no rigid scripts, no superficial advice. I listen deeply, ask questions that cut to the core (often unexpectedly), and adapt every session to what is actually needed in the moment: all during a quiet sit, a drive-and-talk, a walk, target shooting for focus, gym work to break through blocks, fine dining for reflection, or something else entirely.

Boardrooms are a welcome environment.

Sitting at a computer is something I do often enough for research, my own projects and my entertainment at night. I'd rather meet clients or businesses face to face for highly invested sessions. Leaving most if not all administrative work to others. Not because my admin skills are lacking but rather my clerical skills are not what people want me around for.

This means I will not work at your company as an employee. Don't bother trying.

While I do like to keep a casual tone, you'll find I also manage to prevent anyone from deviating from the topics at hand for more than an understandable moment.

We can talk about random things after our sessions have been successful or during a break under the coinciding conditions that there is time for us to do so.

Sessions run 2-5 hours in unique environments because that's where breakthroughs can truly happen.
Online isn't my preference, and will be priced lower than in-person, though the fee remains premium either way. Understand that many problems stem from an overlooked environmental factor or relationship factor. I will almost always ask for a quick audit in these areas to ensure the root causes are addressed before any solutions are offered.

The Cybertruck is my mobile fortress and office for many of these experiences: private coaching, premium pickups, filmed content, vending for teams, pop-up events, or production hires.

Availability is limited by design. Family, current clients, and ongoing builds take precedence, so spots are exclusive and high-ticket. If you're ambitious, driven, and ready for genuine elevation, whether through one transformative session or are interested in a longer partnership, reach out via the form.

Let's see if we're the right fit.

& Thank you for taking the time to read this.

                   Sincerely,

Matthew  "Ace  Spaders"  Ferguson
